You restore.We answer.
Mid pump-out, or already on a job at 2 AM? The next caller still gets a clear first conversation. Your phone rings first. If nobody picks up, your AI receptionist takes the details and prepares a summary for your team.
Keep your number Voice selections
Your team answers first. We take the overflow.
The number people call doesn’t change. Your AI receptionist only picks up the calls your team can’t reach.
-
Your team, first ring
Your number, as usual.
Callers dial the number on your truck and your website. Your staff phone rings first, the way it does today.
-
Busy or no answer
Your carrier hands it off.
Conditional forwarding sends busy or unanswered calls to a dedicated AI number. A delay of about 20 seconds is common; your provider sets the timing. Closed-hours rules can route calls too, where your provider supports them.
-
The first conversation
A clear introduction.
The receptionist says it’s AI and names your business. Then it listens: who’s calling, where the property is, what they’re seeing and when to call back.
-
The handoff
A summary your team can act on.
The inquiry lands in your dashboard with the details in order. Your team decides urgency, timing and the next step.
Listen first. Leave the decisions with you.
Your people handle the assessment, scope, pricing and response. The receptionist gives each inquiry a clear starting point.

Trial usage counts toward your first month’s 100 included minutes. If you use them all during the trial, AI calls pause until the trial ends and payment succeeds; there is no early charge. If you cancel after a paid charge, there is no prorated refund: your service and number stay available until the monthly period ends, then close.
Before the first call. A few practical details.
Does my team still answer first?
Yes. Callers dial your existing business number and your staff phone rings first. Conditional forwarding with your carrier sends busy or unanswered calls to a dedicated AI number. A no-answer delay of about 20 seconds is common; your provider sets the actual timing.
Can it take inquiries outside office hours?
Where your provider supports it, a closed-hours forwarding rule can send calls to the AI. Confirm the routing with your provider and test it before you rely on it.
What does it collect about a water issue?
The caller’s name, callback number, the property address, what they’re seeing in their own words, and when they’d like a callback. Your staff reviews it and decides urgency, scope, availability, pricing and the next step.
Does it dispatch a crew or assess the damage?
No. It takes an inquiry and prepares a summary for your team. It doesn’t confirm arrival times, assess damage or mold, advise on cleanup, make insurance promises or quote a price.
Will callers know they’re talking to AI?
Yes. The greeting introduces the receptionist as AI and names the business it’s answering for.
Can we choose the voice?
Yes. Pick one of the built-in voices from the library, then write the greeting in your own words.
How is monthly usage calculated?
$74.95 a month includes 100 AI minutes. After that it’s $0.3495 a minute, measured by the second. Only connected AI conversation time counts; ringing time and calls your staff answer don’t.
