You get 100 calling minutes shared with that first month and an automatically assigned number. Unless you cancel before the 48 hours end, we automatically charge the full $74.95 for that month. The plan then renews at $74.95/month with 100 AI-connected minutes per month; extra time is $0.3495/min, billed by the second. Prices are before tax.

Trial usage counts toward your first month’s 100 included minutes. If you use them all during the trial, AI calls pause until the trial ends and payment succeeds; there is no early charge. If you cancel after a paid charge, there is no prorated refund: your service and number stay available until the monthly period ends, then close.

Will it book small jobs, like two grab bars?

Yes. It books visits on your calendar, from a single grab bar to a realtor’s repair list, with the caller’s name, number, address and the job details.

Can it quote my rates?

Only the rates you give it. In the example, Dave charges $125 a bar, installed, so that’s what the receptionist says. If a job isn’t on your list, it takes the details down for you to price.

A realtor sends me repair lists before closings. Can it handle those calls?

It takes down the list, the address and the deadline the caller gives, and books a walk-through on your calendar, like Tasha’s Thursday 8 AM visit before a Friday closing. Scope and price stay with you.

Does it know my service area?

Tell it the towns you cover and it answers from that, along with your services, hours and rates. It takes each caller’s address, so you can see where the job is.

What if two people call at once?

Simultaneous call handling is included. In the sample, Ruth and Tasha called a minute apart, and both visits went on the calendar.

Do I keep my business number?

Yes. Customers call the number they already have and your phone rings first. Conditional call forwarding with your carrier sends busy or unanswered calls to a dedicated AI number. A no-answer delay of about 20 seconds is common; your carrier sets the timing. Where your carrier supports it, after-hours calls can go there too.

Does it tell callers it’s AI?

Yes. It says it’s an AI receptionist and names your business in the greeting. Choose a voice from the built-in library.
