01. Permitted business use

This policy applies to customers and their authorized users of Inbound Booking, operated by Buk Capital LLC. Use the Service only for legitimate business answering, scheduling, and related features we make available. You are responsible for making your users aware of these rules and for the content and instructions you authorize.

Use only business identities, telephone numbers, calendars, and content you have permission to use. Keep business information accurate. Configure the receptionist to identify itself as AI and to describe your actual services without impersonating a human employee, government agency, or unrelated organization.

  • Terms of Service

02. Fraud, harm, and unlawful content

  • Do not use the Service for fraud, phishing, scams, extortion, deceptive sales, illegal transactions, identity theft, or evasion of applicable sanctions or export restrictions.
  • Do not threaten, harass, unlawfully discriminate against, exploit, or abuse people. Do not create, distribute, solicit, or facilitate sexual exploitation of children or other unlawful exploitative material.
  • Do not impersonate another person or business, clone or imitate a person's voice without the necessary rights and consent, disguise the responsible business, or misrepresent the AI as a licensed professional or human employee.
  • Do not upload, disclose, or use information that violates another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality, or lawful restrictions on use.
  • Do not direct the Service to make false claims, invent credentials or customer reviews, conceal material fees, or promise outcomes that your business cannot support.

03. Calls, texts, and consent

Inbound Booking's current answering and appointment messaging features are not a bulk-marketing or unsolicited-outreach service. Do not use them for cold calling, purchased or scraped contact lists, mass promotional messages, political robocalls, or attempts to bypass a person's communication preferences.

Give required AI and call-processing disclosures, obtain all necessary consents before the relevant activity, and preserve appropriate evidence. Do not assume that an incoming call, a listed telephone number, a business relationship, or acceptance of a subscription agreement authorizes every later call or message. Obtain permission for the specific text purpose and confirm the intended recipient's mobile number.

Honor opt-outs and other valid withdrawals of consent. Do not evade suppression by changing numbers, creating new accounts, or asking the AI to reclassify a message. Do not add promotions to an appointment confirmation under the label of a transactional message. Follow applicable law and the relevant carrier and provider rules.

  • Messaging Policy

04. Emergencies and sensitive information

Do not use the Service for emergency dispatch, medical triage, crisis intervention, safety-critical monitoring, or another purpose where an inaccurate response or delay could cause death, injury, or serious physical harm. Do not instruct the receptionist to offer medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

Do not solicit passwords, payment-card security codes, government-identification numbers, or sensitive information that is unnecessary for the appointment or business request. Do not submit protected health information subject to HIPAA without our express written approval, any required business associate agreement, and a confirmed supported configuration. Do not use the Service to target children or collect their information in a way that requires protections the Service does not provide.

Maintain a practical alternative for callers who need human help or cannot use the automated service. Do not use the Service to unlawfully deny access, accommodations, or services to a person with a disability.

05. Account and system security

  • Do not access another customer's information or account without authorization, share access credentials publicly, or attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, tenant boundaries, or security controls.
  • Do not introduce malware, exploit a vulnerability, interfere with calls or appointments, overload systems, or conduct intrusive scanning, penetration testing, or load testing without our written authorization.
  • Do not manipulate usage records, payment flows, consent records, callback requests, calendar availability, or other system records to mislead a person or avoid valid charges.
  • Do not extract the Service's protected software, evade technical usage limits, or resell unauthorized access. These restrictions do not remove rights that applicable law does not permit us to restrict.
  • If you discover a security issue, stop the affected activity, avoid accessing or retaining other people's information, and report it privately to hello@inboundbooking.com with only the information reasonably needed to explain the issue.

06. Connected accounts and permitted data use

Connect a third-party service only with authority to grant its requested permissions. Respect the provider's terms and the scope of the user's authorization. Do not use calendar or other connected data for unrelated advertising, sale to data brokers, generalized AI training, or other purposes prohibited by the provider or our Privacy Notice.

Do not use prompts or automation to obtain information beyond the connected business's authorized scope, reveal another person's private information, or circumvent a provider's privacy restrictions. Disconnect credentials that you no longer have authority to use and promptly tell us about unauthorized access.

  • Privacy Notice

07. Reports and proportionate enforcement

Report suspected misuse to hello@inboundbooking.com. Include the business or account involved, a concise description, and relevant dates. Avoid sending unnecessary caller information or unlawful material; we can arrange an appropriate way to receive supporting information if needed.

We may investigate a credible report and take proportionate action, including requesting a correction, limiting a feature, preserving relevant records where lawful, or suspending or ending access under the Terms of Service. Where practical, we will explain the action and allow an opportunity to respond. Immediate action may be necessary to address harm, security risks, unlawful conduct, or a binding legal or provider requirement.

If you believe an action was mistaken, contact us with the affected account and an explanation. We will consider relevant information. This policy does not create a promise to monitor every interaction or detect all misuse, and it does not limit our responsibility for our own legal obligations.
