01. Who operates Inbound Booking

Inbound Booking is operated by Buk Capital LLC. Inbound Booking is the name of our AI receptionist and appointment-booking service; Buk Capital LLC is the legal business providing the service and this website at inboundbooking.com.

We build tools for independent businesses that take calls, capture inquiries and arrange appointments. A business using Inbound Booking remains responsible for its own services, pricing, customer relationships and fulfillment. We do not become the provider of the appointment or service that a caller books.

02. Get in touch

Email hello@inboundbooking.com for product support, account questions, integration help or questions about our company. Include your business name, the account email if relevant, a description of the issue and a way to reply. Please send passwords, API keys, payment-card numbers, identity documents and other sensitive information only through an appropriate secure process if we specifically arrange one with you—not in an ordinary support email.

Support is handled by people and is not an emergency or continuously staffed dispatch service. We aim to respond as promptly as practical. If you are in immediate danger or need emergency assistance, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.

  • Email Inbound Booking support

03. Questions about an appointment

If you called a business that uses our receptionist, contact that business directly to ask about its services, confirm arrival times, change or cancel an appointment, obtain a refund for its work or discuss its handling of your information. Its own policies govern those services.

If you believe there is a platform issue, you can also contact us. Tell us the business you called and the approximate date and time. Avoid including sensitive details about the service in your initial message. We may need to verify your request with the business before accessing or changing a record.

04. Privacy and accessibility requests

For privacy questions or requests about your personal information, use the subject line “Privacy request.” Tell us whether you are an account holder, a business representative or a caller. We may request limited information to verify your identity or authority. We will not ask for your password.

For an accessibility barrier or an alternative way to access information, use “Accessibility assistance.” Describe the page or feature and your preferred way for us to respond. Sharing a diagnosis or other medical information is not necessary.

  • Read the Privacy Notice
  • Read the Accessibility Statement

05. Subscriptions and cancellation

To cancel the 48-hour trial, use Cancel trial in your dashboard before the displayed deadline. Trial cancellation stops trial service immediately and cancels the upcoming subscription. If the cancellation control is unavailable or does not work, email hello@inboundbooking.com before the deadline from your account email with the subject “Cancel trial,” and identify the business and receptionist number. Keep your cancellation confirmation or a copy of your request.

For an Inbound Booking subscription, use Plan & usage in your account to access billing management when available. If that option is unavailable or does not work, email hello@inboundbooking.com with the subject “Cancel subscription” from your account email, and identify the business subscription you want to cancel. You do not need to give a reason. We may verify account authority to prevent someone else from canceling your service.

A request to cancel future renewals is separate from deleting account data, disconnecting Google Calendar, or opting out of appointment texts. Review the Terms of Service for when cancellation takes effect, final usage charges and refunds.

  • Subscription terms

06. Security, abuse and legal notices

Report a suspected vulnerability using “Security report,” or misuse of our platform using “Abuse report,” at hello@inboundbooking.com. Include enough detail for us to investigate without sending unrelated personal information or attempting to access another customer's data.

Send contractual notices and requests for company-verification information to the same email with the subject “Legal notice” or “Business verification.” This contact method does not waive formal service-of-process requirements or authorize us to disclose customer information without an appropriate basis.
