Our approach
Buk Capital LLC operates Inbound Booking. Accessibility is an ongoing part of how we design, maintain and improve the website and service. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and improvement target.
This is a statement of our approach, not a certification of full conformance. The entire platform has not completed an independent accessibility audit, and some features or combinations of browsers and assistive technologies may still present barriers. A published statement is not a substitute for addressing a reported problem.
Features we work to support
- Logical headings, page landmarks and descriptive link text so content can be understood and navigated with assistive technology.
- Keyboard access to links and form controls, visible focus indicators, and a skip-to-content link.
- Labels for form fields and understandable validation and status messages.
- Readable text, sufficient contrast as a design goal, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens and browser zoom.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences and access to the text in our illustrated conversation demo without listening to audio.
Voice service and alternative assistance
Speech recognition and synthesized speech may not work equally well for every caller, language, accent, speech pattern or assistive device. Background noise, connection quality and the configuration chosen by the business can also affect a call. The AI receptionist may misunderstand, and a transfer or callback may depend on the business being available.
A caller may request a person or a callback. If voice interaction is unsuitable, contact the business you are trying to reach using one of its alternative contact methods. For access to Inbound Booking's own website, account setup, policies or support, email us and describe the information or assistance you need. Do not use our receptionist or support inbox for emergency assistance.
Browsers and third-party services
We build for current mainstream browsers and standard web technologies. Accessibility can vary with browser versions, operating systems, assistive technologies and user settings. If a combination does not work for you, please tell us so we can investigate.
Some steps use third-party interfaces, such as Google account authorization or Stripe-hosted billing. We do not control those interfaces. Please report a barrier to us even if it occurs during a third-party step; we will help identify an available alternative or direct the issue to the relevant provider where practical. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Report a barrier or request another format
Email hello@inboundbooking.com with the subject “Accessibility assistance.” You can request the information on a page in an alternative accessible format or ask for help completing a task. We will work with you to understand the barrier and provide assistance as promptly as practical. There is no charge to request accessibility assistance.
Helpful details include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, what happened and your preferred way for us to respond. You may optionally include your browser, device or assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a disability, diagnosis or medical records.
If an initial response does not resolve your concern, reply and ask for the request to be reviewed by the person responsible for the website. We use reports to prioritize fixes and improve future releases. We cannot guarantee a particular resolution date for every issue, but will discuss available alternatives with you.
Review and updates
We intend to review accessibility as the platform changes and to update this statement to reflect meaningful changes. The date at the top identifies the latest version of this statement. Questions about this statement may be sent to our contact email.
