If you cancel after a paid charge, there is no prorated refund: your service and number stay available until the monthly period ends, then close.

What can I set up today?
Create an account and save your business details, appointment preferences, hours, and receptionist greeting. Live phone, calendar, and text-message activation follows the required connections and test call.
Do I need a new business number?
Keep the number your customers already know. Once your phone connection is activated, you can forward calls to your receptionist. Forwarding options depend on your phone provider and are checked during setup.
Can it handle calls at the same time?
Yes. Simultaneous call handling is included during your trial and subscription, so your receptionist can help another caller while a conversation is in progress. Each call gets its own summary. For custom call capacity, contact us.
Will people know they’re speaking with AI?
Yes. The receptionist identifies itself as AI at the start of the conversation. Your greeting and preferred voice make the experience feel consistent with your business.
Can it actually book an appointment?
Calendar booking is optional. When a calendar is connected and booking is configured, it can help with that next step. A booking is confirmed only after the calendar succeeds. If a booking or handoff cannot be completed, capture the details for a callback instead.
