You’re up the ladder. We pick up.
Your phone rings first. When you can’t let go of the brush, the call forwards to your AI receptionist. It says it’s AI, takes the job details and books the estimate on your calendar.

01 Forward your line
Keep your number. Your phone rings first, and conditional call forwarding with your carrier sends busy or unanswered calls to your AI number. About 20 seconds is common; your carrier sets the timing. After-hours rules work where your carrier supports them.

If you cancel after a paid charge, there is no prorated refund: your service and number stay available until the monthly period ends, then close.
05 / FAQ
Questions from the drop cloth.
Estimates, turnovers, residential or commercial, and where you’ll drive.
Can it book estimates while I’m up a ladder?
Yes. Your phone rings first. When you’re busy or don’t answer, your carrier forwards the call to your AI receptionist. It says it’s AI, names your business, takes the caller’s name, number, address and job details, and books the estimate on your calendar. A summary waits in your dashboard.
Will it tell a property manager we do turnovers?
If turnovers are on the service list you give it, yes. It answers questions about your services, service area, hours and rates from what you provide, and books the walkthrough on your calendar.
We do residential and commercial. Can it handle both?
List the work you take on, residential and commercial, and it answers from that list. It takes down the address and the job details and books the visit on your calendar. Scope and pricing stay with you.
How does it handle my service area?
Tell it the towns or the area you cover. It answers from that, and it takes down the job address so you know where the estimate is before you drive out.
Will it pick colors or quote a job?
No. It doesn’t recommend colors or products, and it only shares prices or rates you’ve given it. Color choices and the quote happen at your estimate.
What does it sound like?
Choose a voice from the built-in library. Either way it says it’s an AI receptionist and names your business in its greeting.
Do I keep my business number?
Yes. Customers call the number they already have and your phone rings first. Conditional call forwarding with your carrier sends busy or unanswered calls to a dedicated AI number. A no-answer delay of about 20 seconds is common; your carrier sets the timing.
How is monthly usage calculated?
$74.95 a month includes 100 AI minutes. After that it’s $0.3495 a minute, measured by the second. Only connected AI conversation time counts; ringing time and calls your staff answer don’t.
Finish the trim. We’ll take the call.
Keep your number. Just forward the calls you can’t take.
