The storm passes.The phones don’t.
After hail or high wind, every homeowner with a drip calls at once. Your phone rings first. The calls you can’t get to go to an AI receptionist that takes the property, the request and a callback time.
Keep your number Voice selections
The day after the storm, call by call.
Every roofer knows the pattern. Here’s how an example day plays out when your phone rings first and the overflow has somewhere to go.
Sky clears. Phone starts.
Calls begin before you’re on the first roof.
You’re on a ladder.
Your phone rings first. When you can’t reach it, your carrier forwards the call to your AI number. About 20 seconds is common; your carrier sets the timing.
Every caller gets a first conversation.
It says it’s AI, then takes the property address, the request and a good time to call back.
Back at the truck, a callback list.
Summaries wait in your dashboard with the property and contact details. You decide who to call first.
It collects. You decide.
The roofing decisions stay with you. The receptionist makes sure you have what you need to make them.
It does
- Introduces itself as AI, by your business name
- Takes the property address, name and callback number
- Notes the request: repair, replacement or inspection
- Asks for a good time to call back
- Puts a summary in your dashboard
It doesn’t
- Assess roof damage or diagnose a problem
- Give safety advice
- Quote a price
- Dispatch a crew for emergency service
- Make insurance coverage decisions or handle claims

For new customers. Card required; $0 today. Your 48-hour free trial starts when checkout is complete and is part of your first monthly period. You get 100 calling minutes shared with that first month and an automatically assigned number. Unless you cancel before the 48 hours end, we automatically charge the full $74.95 for that month. The plan then renews at $74.95/month with 100 AI-connected minutes per month; extra time is $0.3495/min, billed by the second. Prices are before tax.
Trial usage counts toward your first month’s 100 included minutes. If you use them all during the trial, AI calls pause until the trial ends and payment succeeds; there is no early charge. If you cancel after a paid charge, there is no prorated refund: your service and number stay available until the monthly period ends, then close.
The practical details.
Can I keep my business number?
Yes. Your staff phone rings first. You set up busy and no-answer conditional forwarding with your carrier to a dedicated AI number. A no-answer delay of about 20 seconds is common; timing and options depend on your carrier.
What happens outside business hours?
Where your phone setup supports it, a closed-hours rule can send callers to your AI receptionist. It says it’s AI, takes the inquiry and passes the details to you. Your team decides when to follow up.
Will it assess damage or book an inspection?
With your calendar connected, it checks availability, books an inspection and confirms the appointment with the caller. Without one, it records the request for follow-up. It doesn’t assess roof damage, diagnose a problem, give safety advice, quote a price or dispatch a crew.
Can it talk about insurance?
No. It doesn’t make insurance coverage decisions or help with claims. It takes the caller’s details and request for your team.
Can we choose the voice?
Yes. Pick one of the built-in voices from the library, then write the greeting in your own words.
How is monthly usage calculated?
$74.95 a month includes 100 AI minutes. After that it’s $0.3495 a minute, measured by the second. Only connected AI conversation time counts; ringing time and calls your staff answer don’t.
