The plan then renews at $74.95/month with 100 AI-connected minutes per month; extra time is $0.3495/min, billed by the second. Prices are before tax.

Trial usage counts toward your first month’s 100 included minutes. If you use them all during the trial, AI calls pause until the trial ends and payment succeeds; there is no early charge. If you cancel after a paid charge, there is no prorated refund: your service and number stay available until the monthly period ends, then close.

What happens with an urgent call?

It asks about sparks, smoke or heat first. If the caller says yes, it connects them to the direct number you choose for urgent calls. It doesn’t give safety advice.

Can it book the visit?

Yes, when your calendar is connected and booking is turned on. It offers open times and confirms a booking only after your calendar accepts it. Otherwise it takes the details for a callback.

Will it diagnose a problem or give a quote?

No. It collects the details and books or passes along the request. It doesn’t diagnose, quote prices or promise arrival times beyond the booked window.

How are AI minutes counted?

Your $74.95 monthly plan includes 100 AI-connected minutes. Extra time is $0.3495 a minute, measured by the second. Ringing time and calls your team answers don’t count.
