General contractors · AI receptionist
You’re on site. We’re on the line.
Your phone rings first. When you can’t grab it, your AI receptionist takes a project brief — the work, the address, a callback number — and leaves estimates and scope to you.

Callback Thu evening
AI brief · example
From the first ring to the job board.
Four notes on the wall next to the board. Your number doesn’t change, and your phone still rings first.
- 01
Your number rings you first
Customers call the number they already have. You, or whoever’s in the office, get the first chance to pick up.
- 02
Busy or no answer
Your carrier forwards the call to your AI number. About 20 seconds is common; your carrier sets the timing. Closed-hours rules work where your carrier supports them.
- 03
It says it’s AI and takes a project brief
The kind of work, the idea in their words, the property, a name, a callback number and any timeline they mention.
- 04
The brief waits in your dashboard
You call back and scope it. The estimate, the price and the schedule are yours to set.
Checked on the call. Left open for your team.
The receptionist gathers what you need to call back. Anything that takes a contractor’s judgment stays open for you.

For new customers. Card required; $0 today. Your 48-hour free trial starts when checkout is complete and is part of your first monthly period. You get 100 calling minutes shared with that first month and an automatically assigned number. Unless you cancel before the 48 hours end, we automatically charge the full $74.95 for that month. The plan then renews at $74.95/month with 100 AI-connected minutes per month; extra time is $0.3495/min, billed by the second. Prices are before tax.
Trial usage counts toward your first month’s 100 included minutes. If you use them all during the trial, AI calls pause until the trial ends and payment succeeds; there is no early charge. If you cancel after a paid charge, there is no prorated refund: your service and number stay available until the monthly period ends, then close.
Questions from the job site.
Is contractor setup available now?
Yes. Sign up to set up your general contractor receptionist.
What goes into the project brief?
The kind of work, the idea in the caller’s own words, the property address, their name and callback number, and any timeline they mention. The receptionist says it’s AI at the start, and the brief waits in your dashboard.
Will it quote a job or judge feasibility?
No. It doesn’t give estimates, prices or advice. Your team assesses scope, site conditions, feasibility, permits, pricing and schedule when you call back.
Do I keep my business number?
Yes. Customers call the number they already have and your phone rings first. Conditional call forwarding with your carrier sends busy or unanswered calls to a dedicated AI number. A no-answer delay of about 20 seconds is common; your carrier sets the timing.
Can it cover calls while I’m on site?
When you’re busy or don’t answer, your carrier forwards the call to your AI receptionist, and it takes the brief. Closed-hours rules can send after-hours calls there too, where your carrier supports them.
How is monthly usage calculated?
$74.95 a month includes 100 AI minutes. After that it’s $0.3495 a minute, measured by the second. Only connected AI conversation time counts; ringing time and calls your staff answer don’t.
