You get 100 calling minutes shared with that first month and an automatically assigned number. Unless you cancel before the 48 hours end, we automatically charge the full $74.95 for that month. The plan then renews at $74.95/month with 100 AI-connected minutes per month; extra time is $0.3495/min, billed by the second. Prices are before tax.
Trial usage counts toward your first month’s 100 included minutes. If you use them all during the trial, AI calls pause until the trial ends and payment succeeds; there is no early charge. If you cancel after a paid charge, there is no prorated refund: your service and number stay available until the monthly period ends, then close.

Do I have to change my business number?
No. Customers call your existing number and your phone rings first. With your carrier’s conditional forwarding, busy or unanswered calls go to your dedicated AI number. Forwarding options depend on your phone provider.
What does the receptionist ask?
Who’s calling, the address, the equipment and what it’s doing, and how soon they need help. You set your services, service ZIP codes and questions during setup.
Can it book the visit?
Yes, when your calendar is connected and booking is turned on. It offers open times and confirms a booking only after your calendar accepts it. Otherwise it takes the details for a callback.
Will it diagnose equipment or quote prices?
No. It collects the details and books or passes along the request. It doesn’t diagnose equipment, quote prices or give safety advice.
How are AI minutes counted?
Your $74.95 monthly plan includes 100 AI-connected minutes. Extra time is $0.3495 a minute, measured by the second. Ringing time and calls your team answers don’t count.
