Landscaping · AI receptionist

Blower on.Phone answered.

It’s the busiest week of fall, and you can’t hear a thing over the blower. Your phone still rings first. The calls you can’t take go to an AI receptionist that books the estimate, takes the job details and alerts you when it’s urgent.

01 / How it works

The calls change with the season. The answering doesn’t.

Cleanups in fall, plow contracts before the first snow, mulch in spring, mowing all summer. Whatever they’re calling about, your phone rings first, and the calls you can’t take get the same careful answer.

What stays the same, all year

  1. 01Your phone rings first

It’s still your number, like Ridgeline’s (570) 555-0162. Pick up when you can.

  2. 02Forwarded when you can’t

Busy or no answer, your carrier sends the call to your AI number. About 20 seconds is common; your carrier sets the timing.

  3. 03It says it’s AI

“Ridgeline Lawn and Landscape, this is the AI receptionist. How can I help?”

  4. 04It takes the job

Name, number, address and job details. Estimates go on your calendar; urgent calls alert you right away.

Each call it takes is summarized in your dashboard.

05 / FAQ

Straight answers for landscapers.

Can I keep my business number?

Yes. Your phone rings first, so you can still pick up. You set up conditional forwarding with your carrier so busy or unanswered calls go to your dedicated AI number. A no-answer delay of about 20 seconds is common; your carrier sets the timing.

Can it book estimates?

Yes. It books estimates into open times on your calendar, like Linda’s fall cleanup estimate on Thursday at 3 PM in the sample. It takes the caller’s name, number, address and job details, so you know the property before you pull up.

We switch from mowing to cleanups to plowing. Does it keep up?

It answers from the services, hours and prices you give it. When the season turns, update the list, add plowing or take mowing off, and it answers from the new one.

Can it tell callers if they’re in our service area?

Yes, from the service area you set. Add your mowing or route days and it can answer those too, like the Tuesday route in the sample.

What happens when a plow contract calls?

It takes the name, number, lot and job details, and it can flag the call as urgent and alert you right away, like Ray’s 40-space lot in the sample. The summary waits in your dashboard.

Will it quote prices?

Only the prices and rates you provide, like a starting price you’ve set for weekly mowing. Work that needs a look at the property gets booked as an estimate.

What if several people call at once, or after hours?

Simultaneous call handling is included, day or night. Where your carrier supports an after-hours rule, calls after you close can go to it too.

Does it say it’s AI? Can it sound like us?

Yes. It always says it’s an AI receptionist and names your business in the greeting. Choose a voice from the built-in library.

How is monthly usage calculated?

$74.95 a month includes 100 AI minutes. After that it’s $0.3495 a minute, measured by the second. Only connected AI conversation time counts; ringing time and calls your staff answer don’t.
