You protect the home. We pick up the phone.
Ants on the counter. Scratching in the attic. A nest under the eaves. Your phone rings first, and when you’re under a house or mid-treatment, your AI receptionist listens, takes the address and a callback number, and books available visits on your connected calendar.

From the first ring to a clear report.
Nothing changes for your customers. They call the number they already have, and it rings you first.
Your number rings you first
Customers call the number they already know. Your phone rings first, and calls you answer don’t use AI minutes.
Busy or no answer? It forwards
Your carrier forwards the call to your AI number. About 20 seconds is common; your carrier sets the timing. Closed-hours rules work where your carrier supports them.
It says it’s AI, then asks
It names your business and asks what they’ve noticed and where, then takes the property address, a name and a callback number.
The summary waits in your dashboard
Booked visits and caller details are ready for your team, with the appointment confirmed on your connected calendar.
It listens. Your techs identify.
Callers describe what they’re seeing. The receptionist writes it down, and everything that takes a trained eye stays with your team.
It does
On every call it answers
- Says it’s AI and names your business
- Asks what they’ve noticed and where
- Takes the property address, a name and a callback number
- Notes the best time to reach them
- Puts a summary in your dashboard
It doesn’t
That’s for your team
- Identify pests
- Recommend treatments or products
- Give safety advice
- Quote a price
- Move an existing visit

For new customers. Card required; $0 today. Your 48-hour free trial starts when checkout is complete and is part of your first monthly period. You get 100 calling minutes shared with that first month and an automatically assigned number. Unless you cancel before the 48 hours end, we automatically charge the full $74.95 for that month. The plan then renews at $74.95/month with 100 AI-connected minutes per month; extra time is $0.3495/min, billed by the second. Prices are before tax.
Trial usage counts toward your first month’s 100 included minutes. If you use them all during the trial, AI calls pause until the trial ends and payment succeeds; there is no early charge. If you cancel after a paid charge, there is no prorated refund: your service and number stay available until the monthly period ends, then close.
Before you forward a call.
Can we keep our existing number?
Yes. Customers call the number they already have, and your phone rings first. Your carrier’s conditional forwarding sends busy or unanswered calls to a dedicated AI number. About 20 seconds is a common no-answer delay; your carrier sets the timing.
Can it ask about the property and the concern?
Yes. It asks what the caller has noticed and where, then takes the property address, a name, a callback number and a good time to reach them. You add anything else you’d like it to ask during setup.
Will it identify pests or recommend treatments?
No. It doesn’t identify pests, recommend treatments or products, give safety advice or quote prices. It writes down what the caller describes, in their words, for your team to assess.
What about callers outside our service area?
It asks where the property is and uses the service areas you add during setup. The location is in every summary, so your team decides how to follow up.
Can it help after hours?
Where your carrier supports it, a closed-hours forwarding rule can send calls to your AI receptionist. With your calendar connected, it books available visits and confirms the appointment with the caller. Without a connected calendar, it records the request for follow-up.
How is monthly usage calculated?
$74.95 a month includes 100 AI minutes. After that it’s $0.3495 a minute, measured by the second. Only connected AI conversation time counts; ringing time and calls your staff answer don’t.
