01. Your agreement with Buk Capital LLC

Inbound Booking is operated by Buk Capital LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern the Inbound Booking website, business workspace, and related answering, scheduling, and messaging features (the "Service"). "You" means the person accepting these Terms and, where that person acts for a business, that business.

You accept these Terms when you affirmatively agree to them during account registration, checkout, or another acceptance process. If you accept for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. You must be at least 18 and use the Service for lawful business purposes. A caller does not become a subscriber merely by calling a participating business.

The Acceptable Use Policy and Messaging Policy form part of these Terms. Our Privacy Notice explains our handling of personal information; accepting these Terms is not consent to every form of personal-data processing, call interception, or messaging. A separately signed agreement controls to the extent it expressly conflicts with these Terms. A checkout or order identifies the purchased plan and its specific commercial terms.

02. SMS Terms: Inbound Booking owner alerts

Inbound Booking owner alerts are optional account notifications after your receptionist handles a call. They identify Inbound Booking and provide a link to private call history. To enroll, choose Text or Email and text in your signed-in notification settings, enter a mobile number you control, affirm the consent notice, save, and complete destination verification. Account creation and purchase alone do not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies with incoming calls and the receptionists you enable. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to the sending business AI number to stop that business messaging program’s texts to your mobile; reply HELP for help or contact hello@inboundbooking.com. You can also disable notifications for an individual receptionist in the dashboard. Messages already submitted for delivery may still arrive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Owner alerts and caller texts share the optional per-number SMS add-on and the business’s approved messaging program, while each recipient and purpose still needs its own permission. The Messaging Policy describes opt-out, resubscription, caller confirmations, and available alternatives; the Privacy Policy explains our handling of mobile information and consent records.

03. Early access and activation

The Service is in early access. Availability, features, capacity, and eligibility may be limited, and some features require separate setup or activation. Creating an account, entering business details, or viewing a price does not by itself activate paid billing or a live answering service.

Creating a free account or trying a public demonstration does not authorize paid billing. The card-required 48-hour trial described below is different: completing its checkout authorizes the disclosed charge at the trial deadline unless you cancel beforehand. Other paid service requires checkout or another express purchase authorization showing its price and billing terms.

Preview and early-access features may change or be withdrawn. Do not rely on them as your only telephone, scheduling, or business-record system. Any usage allowance or other restriction specific to an early-access offer will be disclosed with that offer.

04. What the Service does

When the relevant features are activated, the Service can answer incoming business calls using an AI receptionist, respond using information supplied by the business, capture requests, check supported calendar availability, create appointments, and send permitted appointment messages. Available features depend on your configuration, integrations, and plan.

AI can misunderstand speech, provide inaccurate or incomplete information, or fail to carry out a requested action. Telephone networks, calendars, internet services, and other providers can fail or become unavailable. We do not promise that every call will be answered, that a transfer or text will succeed, that calendar information will always be current, or that using the Service will produce any particular revenue or number of bookings.

You remain responsible for your business's services, prices, availability, customer relationships, and decisions. Check important appointment details and correct errors promptly. A caller's request, an AI response, or a message-delivery status alone is not a guarantee that an appointment has been accepted or will be fulfilled. Your business must provide any required final confirmation and handle changes, cancellations, and disputes about its own services.

05. No emergency or professional-advice service

Inbound Booking is not an emergency dispatch, public-safety, medical triage, or crisis-response service and is not a replacement for 911. It must not be used where failure or delay could cause death, injury, or serious physical harm. A transfer to a business contact is not a transfer to emergency services and is not guaranteed to connect.

The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Configure your receptionist so that people needing urgent help are directed to the appropriate emergency or professional service. Maintain an alternative way for customers to reach your business.

06. Accounts and business configuration

Provide accurate account and business information, keep it current, and ensure that your authorized users follow these Terms. Use only phone numbers, calendars, credentials, and other resources that you are entitled to connect. Protect account credentials and access links, limit access to authorized people, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access.

You are responsible for the instructions, hours, services, prices, greetings, appointment rules, and contact destinations you configure. Review your configuration before activating answering and after material business changes. You must not instruct the receptionist to misrepresent its identity, make unsupported claims, promise services your business cannot provide, or conceal material information from callers.

You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and for reasonable account-security precautions. This provision does not make you responsible for unauthorized activity caused by our breach of these Terms or obligations that applicable law places on us.

07. Call processing, transparency, and consent

An activated AI receptionist processes live call audio, and the Service may retain transcripts, summaries, call details, appointment information, and usage records as described in the Privacy Notice. Audio processing and transcription can be subject to communications-privacy rules even when the application does not save an audio recording.

Before using the Service with callers, you must determine the notices, permissions, and consents required for your call flow and the people and places involved. You must ensure that callers receive clear notice of the AI receptionist and any processing, transcription, recording, or sharing that requires disclosure, and obtain all legally required consent before that activity begins. Where all-party consent is required, permission from the subscribing business alone is insufficient. Do not use a feature unless its actual call flow can meet those requirements.

A website notice or acceptance of these Terms does not replace required notice and consent during a call. Do not disable or obscure required disclosures or continue restricted processing after a valid refusal or withdrawal. Arrange a lawful alternative contact method where needed. We remain responsible for legal obligations that apply to our own conduct; these customer duties do not transfer those obligations to you.

  • How call information is handled

08. Sensitive and regulated information

Collect only information needed for your legitimate business purpose. Do not request payment-card security codes, account passwords, government-identification numbers, or similarly sensitive information through the AI receptionist or ordinary support messages.

Do not use the Service to receive or process protected health information subject to HIPAA unless we have first expressly agreed to that use in writing, executed any required business associate agreement, and confirmed the supported configuration. A business associate agreement with another provider does not establish one with us. Merely using a healthcare business name or booking feature does not make the Service approved for regulated health information.

Other specially regulated uses require your assessment and any separate agreement we expressly require. Do not represent that the Service holds a security, privacy, accessibility, or industry certification that we have not actually obtained and identified.

09. Monthly price and usage measurement

When purchased, the current monthly plan costs US $74.95 per receptionist phone number per monthly billing period and includes 100 AI-connected minutes, equal to 6,000 seconds, for that number. Each number is independently billed and managed; allowances are not pooled between numbers or businesses. Additional AI-connected time costs US $0.3495 per minute, calculated proportionally by the second. Included time resets each billing period and does not roll over or have cash value.

Automatic assignment of an eligible phone number has no number-selection fee. For a new automatically assigned number, the order does not select or reserve an exact number before checkout. Number assignment begins after checkout is verified; the number is ready for AI calls once the business and receptionist setup is completed and published. Choosing a specific available, eligible US local number from your dashboard adds a one-time US $20 selection fee shown at checkout. The selection option is limited to numbers whose current supplier rental price is below US $3 per month; premium or otherwise ineligible numbers are not offered. An additional receptionist number requires its own monthly subscription, included minutes, and receptionist configuration.

Usage is aggregated for the billing period. Overage equals the aggregate AI-connected seconds above 6,000, multiplied by $0.3495 and divided by 60. We do not round each call up to a full minute or round the price of each call separately. The aggregate usage charge is rounded once to the nearest cent for billing. For example, 130 total AI-connected minutes produces $10.49 in overage and an $85.44 total before any applicable tax or separately agreed charge.

Billable usage is verified AI-connected time measured by the Service's usage records. Ringing, unanswered calls, and human-only transfer time are excluded. A partial minute can count toward the included allowance or overage; time awaiting verification is not yet billable. Any additional paid feature or different plan requires its own disclosed price and purchase authorization. Applicable taxes, if charged, will be identified during checkout or on the invoice. Your billing period and renewal details appear in your billing information.

10. Optional outbound SMS pricing and registration

The optional outbound SMS add-on costs US $20 per month per receptionist number. It includes 500 outbound SMS segments per SMS billing period shared by owner alerts and caller confirmations. Additional outbound segments cost US $0.02 each. A long message, special characters or emoji may use multiple segments. Allowances are not pooled between numbers, do not roll over and have no cash value. Inbound Booking covers the initial carrier registration fees; no separate registration charge is added to the customer’s bill.

When SMS is selected during the 48-hour voice trial, registration is saved without supplier submission. Unless canceled before the trial deadline, the first successful monthly Stripe voice payment includes the US $20 SMS charge: US $94.95 before taxes and other usage charges. Registration is submitted after successful payment. Texting remains disabled until business verification, campaign approval and assignment of the existing AI number are complete. Review can take several business days or require corrections; payment does not guarantee approval or a fixed activation date. Voice service and email remain separate.

Outside the trial, adding SMS requires an express paid checkout authorization before supplier submission. SMS then renews monthly until canceled. You can cancel the SMS add-on in notification settings independently of voice service. If registration is ultimately rejected, we stop SMS renewal and return the SMS service charge; support may need to complete that refund. Any unused service credit or mandatory consumer rights are handled as applicable. Changing notification preferences alone does not cancel an SMS subscription.

11. 48-hour free trial for new customers

Eligible new customers may start one 48-hour free trial for their first receptionist number. A valid payment card is required, but no subscription or number-selection charge is collected at trial checkout. The trial starts when Stripe Checkout is completed, so time spent finishing business and receptionist setup counts toward the 48 hours. Automatic number assignment is the only number option for a trial. Additional numbers, returning customers, and separately disclosed paid orders do not receive another trial.

The first monthly service period starts when Checkout is completed and includes the 48-hour trial. Up to 100 AI-connected calling minutes, or 6,000 seconds, are available during that trial and are deducted from that same first month's 100-minute allowance. Trial usage itself is not charged. If you continue, only the unused part of those 100 minutes remains for that first month; the allowance does not reset at the end of the trial. Simultaneous call handling is included during the trial, subject to that shared minute allowance; callback capture is available instead of live call transfers. Once the allowance or trial time ends, trial calling stops. Using all trial minutes does not charge you early or extend the trial.

Unless canceled before the displayed trial deadline, the subscription automatically begins at US $74.95 per month for that number, with the unused remainder of the first month's 100-minute allowance and US $0.3495 per additional AI-connected minute after payment. The first US $74.95 charge is the full monthly price, not a prorated price; subsequent monthly periods renew on the Checkout anniversary date, using the last day of shorter months when necessary, and each receives a new 100-minute allowance. You must cancel before the 48-hour trial deadline to avoid the automatic charge. Your account shows that deadline and a cancellation control. Cancel trial stops trial service immediately and cancels the upcoming subscription; confirm the cancellation success message. Paid calling requires successful payment confirmation. This is a no-charge trial, not a promise to refund a payment after conversion. Statutory rights are unaffected.

12. Billing and automatic renewal

If you purchase a monthly subscription, it automatically renews for successive monthly billing periods until canceled. By completing checkout, including a trial checkout with its disclosed future billing date, you authorize the disclosed recurring subscription charges and applicable usage charges to your chosen payment method. The recurring base fee is charged for each billing period, and usage charges are calculated from the relevant period's measured usage and may be invoiced afterward.

Keep billing information accurate and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Our payment processor handles payment credentials. A failed payment may require you to update your payment method or complete authentication. We may restrict paid features for unpaid, undisputed charges after giving reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue, except where immediate restriction is necessary to address fraud or a security risk.

We will disclose a change to a recurring price or included allowance at least 30 days before the renewal to which it will apply. A change will not increase the price of a period already purchased. You may cancel before the new price takes effect, and we will obtain additional consent when required by law. Publication of a different price on the website alone does not authorize an undisclosed charge to your account.

13. Cancellation, refunds, and billing questions

For a paid subscription, cancellation is effective at the end of the paid monthly period: the receptionist number and service remain available until then. We do not prorate or refund the unused part of a paid month solely because you cancel. After that period, service closes and call forwarding should be turned off; billing records remain accessible. The number-retention terms below still apply. Cancel in your dashboard under the number’s subscription settings. If the dashboard cancellation control is unavailable or does not work, email hello@inboundbooking.com from your account email, identify the business, and ask us to cancel renewal. You do not have to complete a sales call or explain your reason for canceling.

Cancellation stops the next renewal when your request is submitted through the dashboard or received by us before that renewal. Our delay in responding will not move a timely cancellation request past the renewal deadline. We may reasonably verify your authority to change the account and will provide a cancellation confirmation. Keep the confirmation or a copy of your request.

Unless otherwise stated in the offer or required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and service remains available through that period, subject to these Terms. The current period's base fee is not prorated, and unused included time is not refunded. You remain responsible for valid usage charges incurred before service ends, including a final usage invoice issued after cancellation. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete stored information or disconnect an external account.

After the final paid service period ends and the subscription is canceled, we hold its assigned AI number for at least 30 days at no additional holding charge. Temporary payment failure alone does not trigger release. We email the current verified account owner in advance and allow at least seven days after delivery of that notice before any release. Restarting requires a completed paid checkout while the number remains held. We do not restart billing merely to hold it. Turn off forwarding to the stopped AI number; your original business number is not affected. After release, the AI number may be assigned to someone else and cannot be guaranteed for a later restart.

These provisions do not limit a refund, cancellation, charge-dispute, or other right that applicable law does not allow you to waive. Contact us about an unauthorized, duplicate, incorrect, or disputed charge so we can investigate and correct any error. Do not send full card numbers or security codes. We may grant additional refunds in individual cases without changing this policy for other subscriptions.

14. Your information and our limited permission to use it

As between you and us, you retain your rights in the business information and other content you submit or lawfully provide through the Service. You grant us a nonexclusive permission to host, transmit, process, reproduce, and display that information only as reasonably needed to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service, carry out your authorized instructions, and comply with law. We may use service providers for those purposes subject to appropriate restrictions.

This permission does not give us ownership of your content or a general right to sell it, use it in advertising, or train general-purpose AI models on it. Handling of personal information and Google-connected data is further limited by the Privacy Notice and applicable provider requirements. You must have the rights and permissions necessary for the content and instructions you provide; other people's personal information is not made yours merely by entering it into the Service.

After your account ends, we may retain information only as described in the Privacy Notice or as required by law. Export or obtain copies of records you need before closing your account; contact us if a needed export or deletion option is not available.

15. Third-party services and connections

The Service relies on providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, telephony, AI processing, calendar connectivity, email, and payments. Your direct use of a third-party account is also subject to that provider's terms. Connect an account only if you can authorize the requested access, and review the permissions shown before connecting.

You may disconnect supported integrations in the relevant settings or revoke access with the provider. Disconnecting may stop related features without canceling your Inbound Booking subscription. An appointment already created in an external calendar may remain there after disconnection. External providers can change or interrupt their services; we will address resulting issues within the scope of our own obligations but cannot guarantee a provider's continued availability.

16. Google business suggestions

Business-name suggestions include Google Maps features and content supplied through Google Places. Suggestions appear automatically after you enter at least eight characters and pause briefly. Your use of those features and content is subject to the then-current Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy linked below.

You may complete setup without selecting a suggestion. Selecting a listing can fill your phone, address, business hours, and time zone and suggest a business type. Review these details, configure AI answering hours separately, and enter the name your receptionist should use. That name, the selected Place ID, and the operational settings shown in the form are saved; the full Google listing name is used temporarily for lookup. Selection does not verify identity, business ownership, or authority, and does not grant access to manage a Google Business Profile. Reviewing a listing or entering a separate name does not grant additional rights to Google content beyond the applicable Google terms.

17. Rights in the Service

We and our licensors retain rights in the Service's software, design, documentation, trademarks, and other material we provide. Subject to these Terms, you may access the Service for your business's internal operations and its permitted interactions with customers. No ownership of our software or marks is transferred to you.

You must not resell access, copy protected parts of the Service, evade usage limits, or reverse engineer it except to the extent applicable law gives you a right that cannot be restricted by contract. You may provide feedback voluntarily; do not include another person's confidential information. We may use feedback to improve the Service without payment, but this does not expand our rights to personal information or customer content.

18. Suspension and ending service

You may stop using the Service and request account closure at any time; subscription cancellation and final charges are addressed above. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a material violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, nonpayment, a security threat, or a binding legal or provider requirement. Where practical, we will identify the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Immediate restriction may be necessary if continued operation would create a material risk.

We may end an account for a material violation that remains unresolved after notice, or immediately for a serious violation that cannot reasonably be cured. If we discontinue a paid service for our convenience before the end of an already paid period, we will refund the unused prepaid portion. Charges for valid usage already incurred remain payable. We will provide reasonable notice of a planned discontinuation when practical.

When access ends, your permission to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive continue to apply, including valid payment obligations, ownership, appropriately limited record retention, limitations of liability, dispute provisions, and responsibility for prior conduct. Suspension does not authorize us to retain personal information indefinitely.

19. Service warranties and limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Except for an express commitment in these Terms or a separately signed agreement, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, perfect AI accuracy, complete security, or compatibility with every third-party system.

This section does not exclude an express obligation we have accepted, authorize deceptive statements, or remove a warranty or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Nothing in these Terms requires you to accept conduct that violates a nonwaivable legal obligation.

20. Limits on liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or business opportunities, arising from these Terms or the Service, even if advised that such losses were possible.

Subject to the exceptions below, each party's total aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the Service during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100. This limit applies across all related claims and legal theories, including contract and tort; it is not a separate amount for each claim.

Neither the damages exclusions nor the liability cap applies to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury to the extent the law prohibits limitation, or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude or limit. The cap does not excuse your obligation to pay valid fees for service actually purchased and delivered. The customer indemnity below is subject to this section's cap and exceptions. These provisions allocate commercial risk and do not reduce a person's nonwaivable statutory rights.

21. Third-party claims caused by your conduct

Subject to the liability provisions above, you will defend Buk Capital LLC against a third-party claim to the extent caused by your unlawful use of the Service, content you supply that infringes that third party's rights, or your negligent conduct in using the Service, and reimburse reasonable defense costs and amounts awarded in a final judgment or settlement you approve. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our negligence, misconduct, breach of these Terms, or modifications or uses of your content that you did not authorize.

We must promptly notify you of the claim, although a delay relieves you of your obligations only to the extent it materially prejudices the defense. You may control the defense using qualified counsel, and we will provide reasonable cooperation at your expense. We may participate with our own counsel at our expense. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by us, imposes a nonmonetary obligation on us, or fails to release us from the claim without our prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld.

22. Pennsylvania law and ordinary courts

Pennsylvania law governs these Terms without applying its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Subject to any nonwaivable jurisdiction or venue right, disputes will be brought in the state courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, or, where federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Each party consents to those courts' jurisdiction.

We encourage you to contact hello@inboundbooking.com so we can try to resolve a concern. Informal contact is not a prerequisite to bringing a claim, seeking urgent relief, or exercising a statutory right, and it does not shorten any applicable limitation period. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action or jury-trial rights.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect changes to the Service, law, or business practices. We will publish the revised version with an updated date and give reasonable advance notice of material changes through your account or account email. Where required, we will obtain your affirmative agreement before a change applies.

Changes will not retroactively alter accrued rights, impose undisclosed charges, or change the terms governing an existing dispute without the parties' agreement. Price changes follow the separate advance-notice provision above. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the Service and cancel renewal before it takes effect; any rights concerning an already paid period remain subject to these Terms and applicable law.

24. Other contract provisions

These Terms and any incorporated policy, accepted order, or separately signed agreement constitute the agreement about the Service. The parties are independent contractors; these Terms do not create an employment relationship, partnership, or authority for one party to bind the other outside the permitted operation of the Service.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue where legally permitted. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. Neither party may assign this agreement in a way that evades its obligations. A lawful business successor may assume the agreement, subject to applicable law and the separate restrictions governing transfers of personal information and Google data.

Neither party is responsible for a delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control to the extent the law permits, provided it takes reasonable steps to reduce the effect and resume performance. This does not excuse valid accrued payment obligations, a required refund, or legal duties that cannot be avoided by contract.

25. Contact and notices

Contact Buk Capital LLC about Inbound Booking at hello@inboundbooking.com. Include your account email and business name when the request concerns an account. Do not include passwords, full payment credentials, or sensitive caller information unless we arrange an appropriate secure method.

We may send operational, billing, security, and contractual notices to the current email associated with your account or through the Service. Keep that contact information current. A contract-notice address is not consent to promotional email, automated calls, or text messages.
