Salons & barbershopsAI receptionist
Foils in. Fade on. Phone answered.
Your phone rings first. When nobody can grab it, an AI receptionist picks up in your salon’s name, answers from your price list and hours, and books the chair on your calendar.
Keep your number Voice selections
Nobody at the front desk? Here’s who answers.
Four steps from the first ring to a booked chair. Your number stays the same, and your phone still rings first.
-
Your salon line rings first
Clients call the number they already know. Anyone free at the front can grab it.
-
Hands full? It forwards
When you’re busy or don’t answer, your carrier forwards the call to your AI number. About 20 seconds is common; your carrier sets the timing.
-
It says it’s AI, in your salon’s name
“Birchmont Salon & Barber, this is the AI receptionist.” Then it answers from your services, prices and hours.
-
The chair gets booked
It takes the caller’s name and number, books the time on your calendar and leaves a call summary in your dashboard.
- Simultaneous call handling included
- After hours too, where your carrier supports a closed-hours rule
- Your pick from the built-in voice library
By the last foil, the wedding’s booked.
And 2:30’s filled. Sofia and Devon called at the same moment. Both calls were answered, since it takes up to three at once, and both bookings landed on the salon’s calendar, one in each chair.

Simultaneous call handling included during your trial and subscription. Need custom call capacity? Contact us.
For new customers. Card required; $0 today. Your 48-hour free trial starts when checkout is complete and is part of your first monthly period. You get 100 calling minutes shared with that first month and an automatically assigned number. Unless you cancel before the 48 hours end, we automatically charge the full $74.95 for that month. The plan then renews at $74.95/month with 100 AI-connected minutes per month; extra time is $0.3495/min, billed by the second. Prices are before tax.
Trial usage counts toward your first month’s 100 included minutes. If you use them all during the trial, AI calls pause until the trial ends and payment succeeds; there is no early charge. If you cancel after a paid charge, there is no prorated refund: your service and number stay available until the monthly period ends, then close.
Questions from behind the chair.
Walk-ins, stylists, prices and rescheduling, answered the way the receptionist works today.
Do I keep my salon’s number?
Yes. Clients keep calling the number they know, and your phone rings first. Conditional call forwarding with your carrier sends busy or unanswered calls to a dedicated AI number. A no-answer delay of about 20 seconds is common; your carrier sets the timing.
Can a caller ask for a specific stylist or barber?
Yes. When a caller asks for someone by name, it books the time on your calendar with that person, the way Devon’s 2:30 fade went into Marcus’s chair in the example.
What does it say about walk-ins?
What you tell it. It answers with the walk-in policy you give it, like “walk-ins welcome at the barber chair; color is by appointment,” and it can book the caller a set time instead.
Will it quote our prices?
Only the prices you give it. In the example, “a fade is $40” is Marcus’s rate from Birchmont’s price list, which is made up for this page.
Can clients reschedule by phone?
It takes the request: who’s calling, their number, the appointment and the change they’d like. The summary waits in your dashboard so you or your front desk can make the change.
Will clients know they’re talking to AI?
Yes. It always says it’s AI and names your salon in the greeting. Choose a voice from the built-in library.
What if the phones ring at once on a Saturday?
Simultaneous call handling is included, like Sofia’s and Devon’s calls in the example. Contact us if you need custom call capacity.
How is monthly usage calculated?
$74.95 a month includes 100 AI minutes. After that it’s $0.3495 a minute, measured by the second. Only connected AI conversation time counts; ringing time and calls your staff answer don’t.
Keep styling. We’ll get the phone.
Keep your number. Forward your salon line when you’re busy, or after hours where your carrier supports it.
