Auto repair · AI receptionist

You fix. We answer.

The bay is full and the line is ringing. Your phone rings first. When nobody can grab it, your AI receptionist takes the vehicle, the concern in the caller’s words and a callback number, and puts it in your dashboard.

Questions from the counter.

Can we keep the shop’s number?

Yes. Customers keep calling the number on your sign, site and invoices, and your phone rings first. You set up conditional call forwarding with your carrier so busy or unanswered calls go to your AI number. A no-answer delay of about 20 seconds is common; your carrier sets the timing.

What vehicle information can it collect?

It asks for the year, make and model, and notes the concern in the caller’s own words, along with their name, a callback number and a good time to call. You set what it asks a new caller when you add your shop details.

Does it diagnose problems or quote repairs?

No. It doesn’t diagnose a problem, guess at a cause, quote a repair or give a price. It writes down what the caller describes so your techs and service writer can take it from there.

Will it book an appointment?

Yes. With your calendar connected, it checks open times, books an available appointment and confirms it with the caller. Without a connected calendar, it records the request and a callback time.

What happens after we close?

Where your carrier supports it, a closed-hours forwarding rule can send calls to your AI number. The receptionist says it’s AI, takes the inquiry and leaves the summary in your dashboard for when you’re back.

How is monthly usage calculated?

$74.95 a month includes 100 AI minutes. After that it’s $0.3495 a minute, measured by the second. Only connected AI conversation time counts; ringing time and calls your staff answer don’t.

Back to the bay. We’ll take the call.
